The press section consists of vacuum suction, vacuum press, vacuum suction, shoe press and a gloss press. There are three nips. The user can adjust the working pressure of each zone within the designed line pressure range. The second vacuum suction roller is a fixed roller and is a passive roller driven by felt. The press section is also equipped with various guide rolls, stretch rolls, correctors, tensioners, high and low-pressure water spray pipes, suction boxes, scrapers, etc. The service life of various rollers is performed according to industry standards. The service life of the lagging is implemented in accordance with the relevant standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The frame of the press section is a square box structure, welded with section steel and covered with stainless steel plate. The frame design is designed for endless blanket replacement, and the walking table is suitable for operation and equipment maintenance. Press section fasteners are stainless steel. The blanket design thread tension is 4.5kN/m.
The cylinder block and cylinder head are HT250, the shaft head is QT400-15, and the cylinder head adopts a double-layered structure of inner and outer convex. The maximum working pressure of the dryer is 0.5 Mpa, and the water pressure test is 1.0 Mpa. The surface hardness of the drying cylinder is HB200～220, the roughness of the cylinder surface is Ra0.63μm, the surface of the chrome-plated cylinder is plated with hard chrome, and the coating thickness is 0.08～0.1mm.
